JermaPet 0.4.0-beta Out

JermaPet has gone through a few patches/updates since its release, based on bugs I and some users have encountered, namely animation, cleaning up visuals, and tasks/YT chats not showing up sometimes.

Other changes:

- Cleaned up UI, added close buttons for menus

- Added more animations, "random events" for Jerma

- Fixed a few instances of JermaPet 'hanging' in one spot for too long. Might still happen on occasion when looking for windows to drag and finding none, or one getting closed/moved.
